How to use:
• Press the cuff switch to allow the cuff to adjust angle.
• Roll up your sleeve and insert your left arm on the cuff barrel. Let your elbow rest on the groove and the arm rest.
• Sit properly and keep the cuff on the same level as your heart.
• Press the start stop button, the device will start inflating the cuff. Stay still, avoid talking and stay relaxed while waiting for the results.
• After a minute or less, your results will appear. The voice broadcast will also announce your result, and the screen will change its color depending on your results. Green for normal, yellow for mild hypertension, and red for hypertension.
• You can press the start/stop button to shutdown the device, otherwise, it will automatically shutdown after 60 seconds of inactivity.
